Ms. Vasquez founded and has successfully operated A Third Arm for the past five years, drawing on extensive project management, office management and administrative support experience in the fields of:

• grant-writing and grant program management for non-profits
• construction management, and
• entertainment

Ms. Vasquez is backed by a team of specialists in executive-level administrative support, book-keeping, accounting and tax preparation, business identity development, business communication and technical writing.

Our client list includes Physician Contracting and Consulting Groups, Medical Practices, Human Resources Consultants and Non-Profit Groups for whom we are currently performing a range of services, including project and account management, business development, program management, accounting, bookkeeping and general administrative support.

All services are provided electronically via phone, e-mail, and fax.  Hard copy work-product is delivered via overnight courier.

Every client is unique and cost of services is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.  Pricing ranges are provided for reference and subject to change:

Administrative Support    $15.00/hour - $25.00/hour
Professional Services       $30.00/hour - $60.00/hour
Project Management       $65.00/hour - $125.00/hour

Payment to be made in US dollars and is due at time of service.

Services from A Third Arm may be tax deductible as a business expense.
